Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments to FundWarden are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason or timing of the request.

2. Why No Refunds

FundWarden offers a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card, UPI, or any payment method is required to start or use the trial. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.

This free trial gives you ample time to evaluate FundWarden and decide whether it is valuable to you before you make any payment. Because the trial is fully featured and completely free, we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page within FundWarden. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Your data (sessions, trades, rules, statistics, accounts) is retained. Nothing is deleted.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to your data and resume using FundWarden.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period.
  • Charges after a confirmed cancellation (you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged).
  • Extended service outages (24+ consecutive hours) that prevented you from using FundWarden.

To request an exception, email support@fundwarden.app with your account email, payment date, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first at support@fundwarden.app before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve payment issues faster than the chargeback process (which can take 30-90 days). Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
